Kathleen G. My transplant has given me the opportunity to fulfill my dream and pursue my career as a high school art teacher. I was able to finish college, get a great job teaching pottery, painting, fashion illustration and photography, an be active in swimming and extra curricular activities such as being a yearbook advisor for 15 years, go on camping and senior trips with students, and have the energy and stamina to keep the pace of teaching for 24 years so far. My transplant has given me a normal active life and I bless my donor and God each day! |
